Tee Choon Seng
co-founder and Partner
His practice focuses on providing holistic practical solutions. Choon Seng’s broad area of practice in the field of business advisory, civil and commercial disputes, and litigation allows him to evaluate client’s legal issues from a wider perspective in order to achieve client’s objectives. He obtained his first degree in Chemical Engineering at University of Technology Malaysia in 2002 and subsequently obtained his Master of Business Administration. He then read law at University of Malaya with Bachelor of Jurisprudence and proceeded to complete his Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2023.
Before embarking on a legal career, he has more than 20 years’ worked experience with corporate and multinational companies in engineering construction, manufacturing and business sectors. He has amassed vast work experience in a fast-pace environment with difference sectors and cultures transforms him a gregarious and efficient person who is used to dealing with high turnaround demands. He has completed several engineering construction projects and achieved multi-million business sales during his worked tenure and currently providing a full range of legal services in corporate and commercial including commercial contract, drafting of policies and litigious matter.
Tan Ching Geok

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from Universiti Putra Malaysia (2013) and later pursued a Bachelor of Jurisprudence at Universiti Malaya. She completed her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2022 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya. Tan’s career began in corporate and commercial roles, where she gained extensive experience managing financial records, analyzing data, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Upon entering legal practice, she expanded her expertise to include litigation, conveyancing, and banking and finance. Her legal work spans transactions like property sales, tenancies, and bank loans.
Her unique blend of financial and legal knowledge allows her to provide clients with well-rounded, strategic advice. This dual expertise is especially valuable in her current practice areas, which include litigation, family law, real estate, tax, accounting, and corporate matters. Tan’s commitment to community service, shaped by her civil society engagements and social work, complements her professional achievements. She remains dedicated to delivering impactful legal solutions while maintaining a strong connection with the community.
